Case Study
|
| The table below shows the progress achieved by our
"appliance repair"
client mentioned on the prior page. What the table
does not show is the progress made within the first page
itself. One particular term important to the client is
"Appliance Repair Tulsa". Although the term was
obtained in the first thirty days of the effort, the ranking
was in the number five spot. It was important to the
client to be in the number one spot for this term.
That is where link building comes in. Not only does
link building "cement" first page rankings in place, in this
case, they moved the ranking from spot five on the first
page to the number one spot where it remains to this day. |

Google maps is also a very important section of the
search results page. Maps appear at the top of the
search result page whenever Google determines the search
term is looking for a locally available service or product.
The map lists websites of businesses within the local
geographic area and indicates that location on a map.
Just like the search result page itself, the client did not
appear in the map section. It did take a bit longer to
get into this section and a while longer to move up, but his
website now ranks number four on the first page Google Map
and moving higher. |
