Then whenever you have an incentive or want to create a promotion to boost trade you can just email your customers and tell them about the special offer or deal. You need to keep in contact with your customers also to ensure that they don’t forget about you. This is strategy which is often overlooked. Email is a great way to keep in touch with your customers to remind them you are there. You might not have a storefront locally or even at all so dropping them an email every now and then telling them about any changes in your business is a great way to keep you in their mind.
